Worst Company now Two years back it had the best services, response was really quick. But now its in pathetic condition. Even a simple domain renew takes 1 week and you need to waste hours chatting with them for the simple task. Everytime a new guy is on support and you need to start from zero and final response is "Yes sir it will be done asap" but when no one knows. The servers are also not 99% up. There is almost 20-30% downtime. They are operating company in parttime. Billing though mentioned 10AM to 6PM IST but is available only 6PM to 7PM IST. This gives the condition how they are operating. Earlier I will suggested to go with them but not anymore.

Please avoid hosting in UnlimetedGB Hi Folks, I am compel to give this comment. I am an existing user of unlimitedgb and my domain name is " www indiasandart com" which is hosted in unlimitedgb. These people doesn't have automated system where they can enable or active your website once payment is done. You have to manually inform them and it will take more than 4 days downtime every time. I will be moving to some other hosting site.

Domain not renewed despite repeated reminders and paid in advance I had paid for domain renewal for 5 years but domain was renewed only for 1 year with an assurance that it will be renewed automatically every year before expiry date. I have been repeatedly reminding them for renewal and was always assured that the domain will be renewed in time. Now my website is down since past 2 days because the domain has expired. The pathetic loser on phone Mr Robin has the audacity to say that file a complaint wherever you want, we will answer them. If you want to loose business and have an unreliable website, host it with these frauds. Pathetic people, pathetic service.

FRAUD COMPANY On dated Oct 31 I have purchased a windows server From UNLIMITED WEB HOSTING along with a domain name ( helloarup.com) The Order Number: 5045273512. Till now my server is not ready and now i have decided to refund my money. I have send several support ticket for this, but didn’t find any solution. Even I have also called several times in their phone number which is given on the invoice. Their chat is not works at night. Even they are not in 24/7 support service. Even they wrote 24/7 services in their website THE FRAUD COMPANY …………………………..

Received prompt courteous support as always in my 5-6 month time with UnlimitedGB. UnlimitedGB made it quick and painless to set up my website. Good, speedy customer service via email. They'll work with yes, til the prob's fixed. I've had issues several times, mostly because I myself didn't know where to look for answers, and the customer service people answered clearly. I really appreciate your help on this. When I have issues, always UnlimitedGB have given me 100% support. Thanks again.
