Cancellation & Refund The company works fraudulently. Do not under any circumstances opt for their services. I had opted for their unlimited hosting plans, but when I realised, you get to host only one website, I immediately requested for a refund, within 10 minutes of purchasing the service. Their response to my reason to cancel, We will refund only if they think that it is worth their while to refund me my money. This is the most uncustomer-centric company I have ever dealt with. The Customer Service representatives are very rude. They outrightly say it is the customers fault that the customer did not understand their ambiguous promotions. For all those who want to have a better hosting service opt for any other company but this. If there was an option to give Bad stars to this company they would get all five stars. A very pathetic company

Worst hosting provider They have horrible service. Server keeps on going down... root server gets hacked, then they deleted all client websites without any backup or anything, just wiped out everything. They have no idea how to administer an server. Support system takes weeks to respond, that's too with a useless reply. After that they suspended all client account without any notice or information. Unlimitedgb.com and their parent company Interweb iTech (India) Pvt. Ltd. is totally fraud. They takes your money and they disappear, you will have no means to contact or complain them.

Site is down for last 7 Days All my websites are down for last Seven Days. They keep saying that they will recover the back in 3-4 Hours but no response till date. I have 8 Website associated with their hosting and all of them are down. As a result we lost the contract with reputed real estate group. Shame on UnlimitedGB!

Domain not renewed despite repeated reminders and paid in advance I had paid for domain renewal for 5 years but domain was renewed only for 1 year with an assurance that it will be renewed automatically every year before expiry date. I have been repeatedly reminding them for renewal and was always assured that the domain will be renewed in time. Now my website is down since past 2 days because the domain has expired. The pathetic loser on phone Mr Robin has the audacity to say that file a complaint wherever you want, we will answer them. If you want to loose business and have an unreliable website, host it with these frauds. Pathetic people, pathetic service.

Deception Under are saying guaranteed money in 30 days, is pure lie. I tried to cancel my reseller account and was denied reimbursement, used only 3 days since the uptime is a crap, guarantees 100% uptime, but I was more than 24 hours with all the customers out of the air, harmed me. The support sucks. Would not recommend.
