Customer Service I ordered my clover mobile online Nov. 17th 2018. No correspondence from the company for over 10 days. I finally called and the sales representative Jack told me he responds to every order. I searched my junk, spam, inbox with no email whatsoever. On the phone he told me he was headed to an appointment and could not speak, I can appreciate that. However, when I asked how this could happen… he got irritated and told me he could cancel the order or give me free shipping. As a business owner customer service is everything. I should have known better when I say the average rating on the website. Being in sales for over 18 years myself, I was shocked at the response.

Leaders merchant charged me fee for a… Leaders merchant charged me fee for a charge that they asked me to refund. They charged me processing fee for processing the card and refunding it. I was charged total of $900 in fees, it’s been over a week I have asked for manager call so I can get my money back. No one would call me back, don’t know what to do.
