This guy calls me non-stop every day… This guy calls me non-stop every day with a new number. I've blocked more than 20 numbers from him, but he still manages to call me with a new one.

Leaders merchant charged me fee for a… Leaders merchant charged me fee for a charge that they asked me to refund. They charged me processing fee for processing the card and refunding it. I was charged total of $900 in fees, it’s been over a week I have asked for manager call so I can get my money back. No one would call me back, don’t know what to do.

Does not respond to help with … Does not respond to help with credit/debit card machine. Debit machine does not work. Every time someone puts in their pin # it comes back as invalid. I gave up calling about this 8 months ago as no one wanted to help. Also, rates are higher than several other companies and the monthly fees keep going up.

I love my point of contact for Merchant … I love my point of contact for Merchant Services. He is always quick to respond and help me with any issues. People can make or break how you feel about a company, so while I am rating Merchant Services here, I'm truly rating the rep assigned to my account

Horrible company.. Horrible company... we have $40,000+ that have not been processed and NO ONE helps - stay away.
