IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION IF ZERO WAS AN OPTION, THIS WOULD BE APPLICABLE FOR IT. REFUNDED A CUSTOMER $1800 AFTER I SUBMITTED ALL MY STATE AND FEDERAL FILING PAPER WORK, INVOICE AND COMMUNICATIONS WITH CUSTOMER ON PAYMENT THEY SAID "Because of the proprietary nature of our review process, we are unable to share exact details." SWITCHED TO SQUARE FOR PROCESSING. WILL NEVER GO BACK. MAKES ME WANT TO LEAVE CHASE ENTIRELY.

A business credit card processing company that denies transactions for no reason A business credit card processing company that denies transactions for now reason... I am a small business owner and once of my customers asked me to charge him via CC. I used WePay/Chase bank and they held my funds then denied the transaction with out explanation and with out even calling me to inquire. Then when I called for an explanation they said they could not give me one.

WePay is the worst credit card processor Being in business from 2006 I had many payment processing systems but WePay is absolutely the worst one. Choose anybody else just don’t trust with your money to WePay, Their “top of the line Smart Terminal” is very outdated and using very old technology- But biggest problem is the company itself, they’ll screw you as soon as they have opportunity. This is company which will always work against you ,not for you. If you ever get chargeback from the customer they’ll always take customers side, not yours. They don’t take their useless equipment back and you will just loose your mob Net by using WePay. Customer service is bad and never helped with issues .

Run from chase and wepay! Hands down the worst credit card processing service around! Hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I own a wholesale business and Wepay decided to hold a payment from a loyal, repeat, customer. I process their business card probably 10 times each year for large amounts. Chase said there is a 5 day hold on the payment, no explanation. Needed the funds to complete my customers order so I asked them to just refund the charge and I would process again with stripe (stripe has been great). Wepay will not refund the charge till the 5 days hold is up and then it can take another 3 to 7 days for client to get the refund. Flat out refused to refund and told me it is in their terms and agreement that they can opt not to process a refund. Makes me and my business look bad. Once again no explanation or reason as to why this hold is happening. I have processed over 1 million dollars a year with chase wepay for the past two years. No issues w my account or anything? I used PayPal and square for years and never had these problems. Stripe is good too. This was WePay’s 3rd strike with me, closing May we pay and chase altogether. Chase should be ashamed being a billion dollar company and making it harder for small business s to function and blatantly telling me too bad it is in the terms and conditions I agreed to. Shame on chase- The worst

Scammers who steal money from small… Scammers who steal money from small businesses. Stole 2500 and is illegally holding it for 120 days. My next step is a class action lawsuit.
