Absolutely the worst! Avoid! Absolutely the worst. I've been a customer for many years, and only familiarity has kept me hanging in with them, but no more. Over the past 18 months the problems and outages have just increased exponentially. I get constant email outages now, sometimes for days on end and customer service always have the same excuse 'we're moving server' (for months on end?). I put a monitor on sites and I can see them going up and down like yo-yos. Truly the worst host and terrible, arrogant, unhelpful customer service.

Avoid at All cost I'm annoyed that I even have to leave a single star. I've been a loyal customer almost 15 years only to receive an email saying cost have gone up and I have to pay an increase of around 400% more. Just can't believe these jokers would do this, they've suspended my account because I absolutely refuse to be held to ransom by these clowns. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

SCAMMERS SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If there was a zero star I would give it. I had been with this company for over 17 years. I do not know what has happened. They do not seem to be a company with any morals or ethical principles anymore. I have not been running my business for a couple of years and as a result of this I have not been using their hosting services. What these people have done during this time is that they have deleted £1,200 worth of a website from my account. They could have locked in my files and prevented me from using their hosting services. They have decided to delete £1,200 worth of my property from my account. To make things worse they have conned me into paying £240. Their fees have inflated exponentially over the last couple of years. I could only gain access to my 'alleged files' in my FTP account by paying £240. I am going to take these people to the small claims court I am not going to be conned out of £240.

Thanks, but no thanks to Servage! Terribly disappointed in their 400% price increase. Been with them over 15 years, the service was manageable and okay for what I needed. But this new increase just doesn't justify any service offering they may give. Other hosting services offer newer services at competitive prices, hence I'm moving all my domains away from Servage, to a new home that still gives good service at a good price. Thanks, but no thanks to Servage!

Dont touch 'em Dont touch them! They have just increaded their ww hosting package which was 40GBP every 6 months up to £200+ evey 6 months, an increase of over 400%!! They had the nerve to send a customer service email that politley presented the need for this 400% incremenet in service costs, all this in such a competitive market.. jokers!
