SETerribly bad hosting company Terribly bad hosting company After many years of using this company, we are suddenly, like others, put aside with an excuse that we would use too much data. A nonsense story. It is also suddenly no longer possible to pay for the subscriptions via a credit card and domain names have ended up at a Chinese spam company through a shadowy construction. ADVICE: NEVER GO TO USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A WORTHLESS ORGANIZATION

GBLike everyone else Like everyone else - customer for 17 years then a 400% increase with no reasonable excuse. Transferred lock stock and barrel to a UK based company and closed my Servage account.

NLAfter 15 years a kick in the butt! After being a customer for 15 years, advising others to join them, it feels like a kick in the butt. Silently putting the price up 400% and as a respond to my shocked email, a standard mail with "we move to an enhanced technology platform" and if you don't like it go to "our sister company websupport.se" (for same price but less features, or same features for a higher price)

GBStarted off really well when I first… Started off really well when I first joined on recommendation in 2011. However they since got taken over and service has rapidly gone down hill. Sites going down, emails not working. Support try to be helpful but are often not. I've lost too much confidence here and there is an actual business cost to me with their outages so I'll be moving to a different (possibly more expensive) provider. The only thing these guys have going for them is the price point, but whats the point if it's unreliable?

GBWebsite has never worked properly since … Website has never worked properly since moving to them, simple wordpress site does not work, they do not allow large image uploads, as these fail, the site barely works, editing posts barely works, and on the most recent server move the site no longer functions at all. Avoid. There are better hosts available that cost less or similar amounts.
