The best stand and great customer service! The best stand and most amazing customer service! I purchased a wee stand for my child to bring to orchestra. It’s so light and easy to use, such a great product!! Ours arrived with a broken leg and I wrote to ask if there was a way I could fix it. Joe from the Noisy Clan sent a replacement stand in no time. The emails were replied quickly and every shipment came with a lovely handwritten note. Absolutely amazing customer service and would recommend this company to anyone!

The first wee stand that arrived was… The first wee stand that arrived was defective. We were disappointed because it was for our son, who was leaving for music camp for the summer. We emailed customer service, got a prompt response, and they shipped one (at no cost to us) to my son at Interlochen. Great customer service Great customer service! I ordered a music stand and then Royal Mail, whilst industrial action was occurring, sent a delivery notice, yet I hadn't received the stand. Noisy Clan answered my query rapidly, stayed in touch with me, assured me that other customers had the same error message and generally made me feel secure about the purchase. The stand arrived yesterday. I'm learning to use it and am sure it will allow me to consign at least two of those horrid fold up stands to the charity shops. Hip Hip Hooray!!
