Awaiting Refund for Almost a Week - Disappointed Problem solved

This software is the best video… This software is the best video converter I have ever used. The converter videos look just as good as the originals.

Purchased this over 2 weeks ago and had… Purchased this over 2 weeks ago and had nothing but download issues, contacted customer support on numerous occassions as well as the company direct, they constantly replied with same information and guidance. I asked for a refund and was simply told that there was nothing wrong with the product and that I cannot have a refund, their customer support leaves a lot to be desired as well as their attitude towards consumers...My recommendation is that you give this company a wide berth, especially if you are located in UK
