BBI have been trying to reach Videosolo… Thank you, Trustpilot and VideoSolo, for the speedy response to my issue. The licence is now transferred to my new computer. I have been trying to reach Videosolo support for the past week, and they do NOT respond. I am trying to transfer my licence from an old computer to a new one and therefore need to code reset.

GBVideosolo is awesome Videosolo is awesome! I had a regular zoom class going on but my work schedule changed and wasn’t able to participate for the class however thanks to VS I can record it and rewatch it later. Thank you VS!

DEHighly disappointing!!! I just bought a licence a few days ago, unfortunately it didn't work (code 4102; email invalid). I tried to contact them 3 times (from 2 different email accounts and via their online support mask - ticket ID 46336 and 46203). Until today I got no response back. Seems as it is a fake email address or they just don't care about their costumers - highly disappointing!!! Save yourself money and buy from another supplier.
