This company is a scam No NOT do business with them This company is a scam took money and every paid more for a longer video and they never delivered. We are a nonprofit and they took our money. Of course now they will not return any calls or any messages.

Over $1200 WASTED on this company! We paid Citrus over $1200 Feb 12, 2001 to construct a cartoon for our business to advertise with. After numerous attempts (over months of trying) to get them to understand how to construct our avatars (they kept getting them wrong) they stopped communicating with us. On June 18, 2021, Sarah Watson requested our mailing address to send us a refund check. The check never arrived nor has Sarah responded to our subsequent inquiries about the missing check. We will NEVER trust this company again! On Monday, I will be filing an official complaint with the Ohio Attorney General's office.

Better look into the company first I don't even think this company is in business anymore. I paid them to make a video (they required payment upfront) and it was never completed and they stopped emailing me and now their number is out of service.
