Extremely competent Easy to work with from the initial phone conversation through the filing process. The portal to share information, forms, etc. was very easy to use. Answered questions in a timely manner. Suggested strategies related to foreign tax credit, filing status and other credits in a knowledgeable fashion. Lower fees than Big 4 firms, easier to work with and made suggestions that had been missed by large firm.
