Straightforward US taxes for a non-US resident I have been using GBS/cleer.tax for the last three years now, for a US C Corp. I have been very happy with them. They collect the required info in a straightforward way, take note of it, and complete and file the relevant IRS forms in a timely fashion. I also used their tax advisory service one time, which I found very helpful and reasonably priced. I intend to stay a customer for as long as they offer the yearly filing service as a standalone product.

Great Personally, great experience. So far, everything feels right, often they helped me on tight deadline. Working few years together. I'm happy. :)

2023 service degradation after rebranding... Last year the service had acceptable quality. This year after the rebranding the team seems completely disorganized. Messages bounce around many associates with junior titles in their email signatures. Takes days and weeks sometimes to get a response. Responses are vague and non-constructive. Simple startup tax returns with less than 100 transactions has been taking well over 3 months to complete.

Helpful lot As someone who isn't well versed with the tax filing procedures in the US. They've made sure over the years that everything is handled correctly and it's on spot. If we require any clarity on a certain point, their team has been very kind in breaking it down for us. Would definitely recommend their services.

We've been using Cleer Tax since 2019… We've been using Cleer Tax since 2019 (GBS at the time) and they've been super helpful. Jane, Leonor, Donovan and rest of the team are on top of ever-changing tax laws and are prompt and responsive to any requests. The only thing I with for is hiring them earlier for our bookkeeping – our investors got much happier once we've had regular P&Ls on schedule. Even then they did amazing job with lookback packages.
