GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Hector Marquez is rude, I have questions about my current taxes. He just wants to get me off the call but luckily after I probe more I come to find out theres a tax form I personally needed to file and he would've never mentioned it had I not probed. Mind you, today is the day after the tax cut off date. We had previously spoken about the current taxes and never was I advised I needed to file this form. After I explain this to him how I shouldnt have to probe like this for important info on what I needed to do, he advised me Optima May not be the company for me so to look for another conpany. Apparently asking questions is not acceptable, no matter the deadlines that are missed.
