I think you have good people working… I think you have good people working for you and have always been very polite and helpful. Where I think you can improve is with letting your clients know when documents have been received especially for the signed tax forms. It wasn’t until I called in to verify that you received them. It would be easier for all involved if in portal this would be noted when documents received. Other than that all has been great.

I wish you could give them negative… I wish you could give them negative stars. They dragged out my case for years bouncing from one case manager to another. Communication is terrible. Do not use this company unless you want to waste your money and time. Went with another company and had a OIC within a year from the time I started.
