I was having problems updating my Quickbooks Pro I was having problems updating my Quickbook Pro after purchasing a new version from Intuit with unlimited support. Peter Evans Peter Evans, is in India and I am in Texas, and it ended up taking 3 hours, then 5 hours, then finally,days later, another 1 hr once Quick Books repaired my file and I had to purchase new Quick Books; but my file was retrieved successfully. I am very grateful. This saved me having to re enter multiple years of records attempting to re-create our files. Very good job, very supportive of my privacy and my lack of computer "savvy". Quicken's online service unavailable at this time Given all the challenges we are currently facing with COVID-19, a problem with my quicken account and computer was the last thing I needed today. Peter resolved the issues with my quicken software quickly. He did a great job, while taking the time to explain what he was doing each step along the way. I highly recommend his services.
