Free does not mean free Free does not mean free. However, it is cheaper than other options, especially if you find coupon codes which seem to be common online. Also, they seem to be able to file online more easily than others which say they will but then make you print out your taxes and mail them in anyway. Not happy that I couldn't download a copy of me tax form immediately but hopefully within 12-24 hours? Probably a good service with those with SIMPLE tax forms.

Classic bait-and-switch Classic bait-and-switch. Tried to do my taxes with 3 W-2s, no deductions/credits/etc. Tried to force a "Deluxe" upgrade before it would let me print or file, with absolutely ZERO warning before the very last step prior to filing, meaning you can either pay them or you've wasted your entire effort. Absolutely no reason/description given of what exactly was requiring the upgrade, just a vague "one of the services you have selected does not qualify for the free option". I will literally do my taxes on paper and send them in the mail before I pay you. Get absolutely bent, e-file.

Great Absolutely loved using this especially since it’s free and easy to use. Makes it so much more simple than going somewhere else then paying. My only issue is the layout needs to be improved to be a bit more simple; however, this is isn’t that big of an issue.
