We were particularly impressed with E-File.com Support #01180-3493: this individual took the time to review our return and clarify what looked like any error in it and write a statement unless any confusion would occur to help us feel at ease. Our overall impression of E-File is that it is an excellent online place to file your taxes!

Absolute crooks Absolute crooks! They linked themselves to Tax Act, while completing my return unbeknown to me I went from Tax Act to e-file.com, site will not allow me to disable!

Tutorial questions were great but Tutorial questions were great but, in the end, the Standard deduction was more. IRS kept rejecting my tax and the explanation as to why was not clear. More helpful hints on the error would have been nice. Otherwise, better than Tax Slayer who is not actually completely free.

Very easy and fast service Very easy and fast service; however, my impression when I signed on was it was free to file but I ended up paying around $92 to file federal and state so I was confused at the cost. I guess I would rather pay for a good service than risk filing them with a truly free, but bad service.
