Don't waste your time or money with… Don't waste your time or money with this firm. I paid W Tax Group to negotiate for a lessor amount or lessor penalty after an audit. But, what they did was merely negotiate a payment arrangement. Something I could have done myself. They convinced me they could do something I could not. They required payment upfront from me. And all they did was contact the IRS payment arrangements?

I feel that there were questions that… I feel that there were questions that should have been asked that would have saved me the fee that I paid them. I feel like I was cheated.

Poor communication, lost documents I have been dealing with Yvonne since the beginning of our journey. She never calls in a timely manner and/or when she says she will. I provided all the W-2’s that she requested on June 8. When I emailed on July 6 to get an update on my case, I received an email from Jaime a CPA who said he was just waiting on our W-2’s. I forwarded him the SAME PDF file that I had provided Yvonne in June and also sent him a copy of the email that Yvonne had sent me acknowledging that she had received our W-2’s. There’s a serious breakdown in communication somewhere. But they’re certainly taking their payments out in a timely manner. So far, I am not impressed in the least with the (lack of) service I’m getting.

I have turned to Stephen and The W Tax Group several times over the past few years for help... For the past few years, Stephen and The W Tax Group has helped me with fixing several serious tax problems , dealing with the IRS and filing my family's annual returns. When I need a quick answer they are a call or email away. Instead of trying to figure out what is needed, I just can send the paperwork or letters from the IRS and go back to my work and/or daily routine knowing its as good as handled. The W Tax Group has honestly never once let me down, and I would recommend them to anyone needing help navigating their way through the maze at the IRS or any other tax question or situation.
