Good outcome. Mediocre service They got a positive outcome for me, but client service was slow and unreliable

She gave me clear guidance on what information and documentation to provide. The team was very helpful in filing my State taxes in an expeditious manner. I feel so much relief in getting my State Taxes resolved. Thank you, W Tax Group and I would highly recommend them!

Don't waste your time or money with… Don't waste your time or money with this firm. I paid W Tax Group to negotiate for a lessor amount or lessor penalty after an audit. But, what they did was merely negotiate a payment arrangement. Something I could have done myself. They convinced me they could do something I could not. They required payment upfront from me. And all they did was contact the IRS payment arrangements?
