Prior Tax is a scam. Stay Away! Prior Tax is a scam. I was charged the full amount but have not received any information for over 72 business hours. I also logged back in and none of my information is saved to my account nor is there any way to view contact information. I have received no email or contact confirming the legitimacy of this operation. I am contacting federal agencies and freezing my credit due to the potential of the damage this company could create.

I wish I would have seen these reviews… I wish I would have seen these reviews before I filed. Now I’m pissed because I filed Feb 26th & here it is March 2nd like what’s going on!!?? Can’t get them to respond or answer the phone. Even called during their open hours and it said they were closed….

Prior Tax is an excellent company Prior Tax is an excellent company. I owed IRS more than $55,000 in backdated taxes after failing to file returns for several years. Prior Tax handled all back taxes and halted garnishment. They negotiated with IRS, crafted a sustainable payment plan. The agent was attentive, polite and cordial, he explained all options I was eligible. I'll not hesitate to use their service in future.

I needed to file for a previous year… I needed to file for a previous year quickly and this was a fast and effective system to work with. I received my copy by e-mail the same day which enabled me to get it in the mail right away. Since this program is much less expensive than others and I had a good experience I used it for filing my 2019 taxes. Hoping all goes just as smoothly. One thing I found annoying was that if I wanted to make changes to a section, it erased everything in that section instead of just allowing me to go in and change the one box I needed.

I just finished my first back tax and not I am excited to get on the rest of them to get caught. I appreciate being able to do this online since I live in a remote area of Arizona.
