I wish I would have seen these reviews… I wish I would have seen these reviews before I filed. Now I’m pissed because I filed Feb 26th & here it is March 2nd like what’s going on!!?? Can’t get them to respond or answer the phone. Even called during their open hours and it said they were closed….

Again I wish there was a zero stars I… Again I wish there was a zero stars I have tried over 10 times by phone and email to get a hold of a agent and even made clear that 2pm Central time is a good time but still nothing and now I have no choice but to call the BBB it's like take my money but that's! it not helpful at at all awful customer service I would not recommend😠😡

I needed to file for a previous year… I needed to file for a previous year quickly and this was a fast and effective system to work with. I received my copy by e-mail the same day which enabled me to get it in the mail right away. Since this program is much less expensive than others and I had a good experience I used it for filing my 2019 taxes. Hoping all goes just as smoothly. One thing I found annoying was that if I wanted to make changes to a section, it erased everything in that section instead of just allowing me to go in and change the one box I needed.

Fraud. I see that many of the negative reviews have varying excuses as to why their documents cannot be received or traced. Shady. I am disputing this charge with my bank as fraud as this company has not yet released my simple tax return to even download. I would not recommend this site to anyone doing their taxes. Save yourself the trouble.

Prior Tax is a scam. Stay Away! Prior Tax is a scam. I was charged the full amount but have not received any information for over 72 business hours. I also logged back in and none of my information is saved to my account nor is there any way to view contact information. I have received no email or contact confirming the legitimacy of this operation. I am contacting federal agencies and freezing my credit due to the potential of the damage this company could create.
