Friend of mine recommended 97tax.. Friend of mine recommended 97tax... I was a few years behind on taxes but I followed their instructions and it worked out for a payment plan. Way easier than calling the IRS, good people.

Excellent Customer Service! My first review was not so good but I received a personal phone call to discuss why I rated the way I did. After and excellent conversation with a very personal touch I understood the process much better. The "Extra Mile" was fantastic.

Fast service is anything but! They advertise "fast" service. I placed an order on a Friday, expecting my package to be delivered Monday or Tuesday. It's now Thursday and USPS tracking is totally useless! I canceled the order and informed my credit card company that the charge may be fraud - so they closed the account and are issuing me a new card.

We did everything they told us to do… 97Tax did respond to us and gave us a refund. I explained that they need to make their instruction and confirmation emails a little clearer. We ended up just paying the bill outright. WESLEY HODGES
