The workers are so professional The workers are so professional, they make you feel at home, they are so polite and courteous, they are pros in the work they do they need more like Senatobia workers sitting behind desk because they got it down packed.

I’ve received a check in the mail I’ve received a check in the mail, which I let sit on my end table for about two weeks until I decided to give them a call to further understand the process of cashing said check. They were extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions and they did absolutely amazing at answering them and not making me feel dumb. Monthly payment is reasonable and term of loan is reasonable. Should I ever need to get another loan after this one, I will definitely be using 1st Franklin.
