I've never had any issues with them I've never had any issues with them. They have been good. Today, 1/20/24, I am having a problem logging into their website. But, other then this, I have found them to be quite courteous & easy process when needing to refinance & my payment is low.

Return customer review. I am happy with the service as a return… I am happy with the service as a return customer. I can apply online and have the money auto deposit to my account. It is great for emergencies. However, I am still in shock over the interest rate I am being charged. As a customer in good standing who has repaid loans previously I would think I’d qualify for a lower interest amount. But otherwise I am satisfied.

My experience with cash factory was… My experience with cash factory was really excellent. Customer service was great. We got my money to me very quick. I will pay it back safely and properly or even when I have to change date please help me turn off all of our usual guys. Again, thank you for all that you have done to help I really appreciate

Excellent service Excellent service, if U are a returning customer they give U the opportunity for more money if needed. Also they don’t rip U off. Your loan payments are for 5 months then in 5 months you paid off. If I need another loan they are the only Company I will work with.
