Better Instructions Better in structions on how to use the UPS label and to look into the Spam folder for the instruction barcode to give to the Walmart Super Center Money Place for the first time people that have never went there would be helpful. I had to make like 5 calls to figure out all of those things.

I'm talking to a different agent every time I call and getting told different things. Horrible experience.

LoanMart Maria, the loan officer, was extremely pleasant, understanding and efficient. The staff were all very kind. My only concern was when the borrowed loan would appear in my bank account. In requesting that information I received 5 or 6 different responses. The money did arrive today, Wednesday. The loan request began last Friday, so that is pretty quick. Overall, I’m quite pleased and satisfied with the staff and company.

I’m on the East Coast 3 hours ahead so leaves me less time than west coast customers to complete task. The staff made sure I was able to have my loan completed and funds sent in time and I appreciate them for that. I’d recommend Loanmart definitely.
