ARReally convenient for Latin America It has been more than a year using Bitwage already, the service is fairly good (it's not a bank) and the customer service is really friendly and responsive. I did have a couple of delays but it didn't take away the good overall experience. Even though I had those issues I still want to give Bitwage 5 starts because I know they still have room for improvement. I'd say first improvement should be getting that stablecoin fee down to 1% because the market is offering a few more options as of today like Utoppia, WallBit and Ping... so ideally having several options makes it better for us the customers =)

AREXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM FABIANO I am really pleased to say that the best customer service experience that I have ever had in my life was with Fabiano Dias. He is always available no matter what time I message him to respond to my doubts, he offers great solutions, a very kind treatment and support. He was able to help me instantly with serious banking matters and being really fast to answer and to solve problems. I think he is a very valuable asset to the Bitwage community. Keep it up Fabiano!

ARExcellent Customer support I did have some issues with Customer support with Bitwage in the past but thats all gone. They have improved it quite a lot. I've recently had some annoying compliance request from a different platform. I had to reach out to them several times; Julian Motta moved earth and heaven to help me. I'm quite pleased. Now, I would recommend the platform to anyone.
