Attentive, Fast, and Great at What They Do My experience with Universal has been terrific. They've gone above and beyond, worked hard for us, and have been extremely helpful with the process. They are always quick with responses and has made factoring our payments for our business seamless. Their percentage fees are fair and they let you know when a company has gone a while without paying so the fees don't rack up. Domenique (who handles our account) in particular has been a great asset and we feel as though she really works for our company.

For almost two years my experience with them was ok, in the last two weeks they have been impossible to deal. T Our company factors 95% of its income with universal in the last two weeks they just stopped funding after countless phone calls and emails we still have no resolution and the company has given no reason for the decision. The keep telling someone is reviewing my file but can give no answers as to the progress. My company has been hurt dramatically and universal wont provide any answers.
