They helped me secure an RV Loan right over the phone. and When I arrived to sign the paperwork our clerk was very Knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot remember the Reps name. She was a female with a hard name to pronounce. Thank You

Great experience! I was back home recently and I went to go pay my credit card bill at the Arapahoe Credit Union, as I'm a part of the shared branching program. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and answered all my questions. As a non-member, they went above and beyond to help me. Great advice and service! Today I sought advice about opening a Kasasas account. Before I made the trip to the bank, I chatted with Scott McKerley, online bank manager. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He answered all of my questions, and helped me feel sure that this was the correct route to take in order to make the most with the money I had to invest. Once I got to the bank, I met with Yadira Duran, and she was also very helpful and patient, educating me about both the Kasasas checking and savers accounts. I am amazed at the amount of money that I will earn in interest each month, and this is going to help me make a decision about retiring earlier than I expected. Very pleased with the service and expertise of ACU!

Over all very good treatment and… Over all very good treatment and service. Especially when my wife was along. I stopped in one time for info only on CD's and thought the CD person, [not a teller] seemed to be too busy and wanted to get on to something else. I took this as an exception to the otherwise good service.
