Great experience so far… thanks Taylor Swift! I heard about Sofi before and their good reviews. I also decided to take a chance on them because of Taylor Swift Disney+ concert being recorded at the Sofi Stadium in CA, yes this is truth. I applied for a personal loan to consolidate my debt. They quickly approved me and funded the loan in a matter of a couple of days. Their turnaround was above expectations. I also decided to move my baking needs to Sofi because I realize that Sofi is a more modern bank that aligns to us customers needs. Hoping to continue having a great experience with Sofi. I was literally drowning in credit card… I was literally drowning in credit card debt, interest rates had rose to over 30% even with my perfect payment history. Direct Deposit issues Direct Deposit issues, receiving the WRONG %, awful customer service. I opened up my account at the beginning of April with the intention of getting 4.6% with $5K deposit + $300 bonus by setting up direct deposit. The app, website and desktop versions are all so finicky. Took so many attempts to get my DD info to stick and submit. My work confirmed all the info was correct and set up 2nd week of April and to this day a month later my check gets mailed to me and my DD is still showing not set up. I keep getting ads / offers from Sofi to set up direct deposit….i reentered my info over 15 times. Called and spoke to multiple agents, couldn’t find my info, couldn’t tell me next steps, had no plan of resolving my issues, just talked in circles about other benefits that was UNRELATED. Refused to connect me to management. Now today, i get .32% deposited into my account and the chat agents keep disconnecting🤣 i am livid and ready to close my account.

Thank you SoFi for throwing me a life… Thank you SoFi for throwing me a life line.. all the banks that I use would not approve me for a loan.. but granted mine, and paid off my high interest credit cards.. now I have the one payment with reasonable interest that I can handle. I look forward to this debt free journey thanks to your help.. #stressrelief

So happy So happy! With the ease of obtaining this loan I am able to pay off higher interest credit cards. Now I’ll have a much lower monthly pay out with a much lower interest rate.
