First time homeownership … Scott W and team helped make the dream of homeownership come to fruition! Our loan process was delayed due to two deaths in our immediate family. The team kept the process going and didn’t pressure us or make us feel bad for not being able to do anything for a month or so. The communication and follow up was spot on with our loan team.

I wouldn't give even one star I wouldn't give even one star. This company is what the consumer protection agency warns you about. Alex Stillwell is complicit in the scheme calling you demanding when you call out the mistakes and calling them out for ignoring your requests. They do not care about anything but to push through a loan that only represents their interest. YOU ARE WARNED to go elsewhere. Reading the other reviews are exactly what we went through. Update: 05/02/2024. I attempted to give this company another opportunity to rectify the situation. They FAILED. I stand by my original review. Do not use this company unless you like a real good clown show.
