Always Always, the clerks are professional, courteous, knowledgeable. For those of us who visit quite frequently the clerks are like brothers and sisters. They are professional and fast at what they do, and they are also cheerful and helping with any questions anyone would have. I love them all, each and every one that waits on me. They have been trained well and thank God for this service to help those of us who seem to always end up with financial situations.

No generosity I had loaned with them for maybe a year, close to that and have always paid on time or called the ames location to have them deposit my check. When the coronavirus pandemic happened the store changed their hours but never attempted to call their customers to inform them. I withdrew my loan amount to pay the check back and drove to the store only to find out they were closed. I called Monday to ask if I could come in to pay and they had already deposit my money that in 10 days I could reloan. Im a freaking health care worker. I recently have had barely time to rest or eat. They didn't give ms a call the end of the day prior or time on Monday to pay it and cause me to go almost 400$ under. No offer to pay insufficient funds fee nothing! I will not be going back.

I have used EZ Money a few times for a Payday Loan I have used EZ Money a few times for a Payday Loan, and after the initial visit, the process is very fast. The staff at the 2 locations I've visited in Fargo are very professional and knowledgeable, and they get me out the door with cash in hand within a few minutes! I love knowing that if I fall short on my bills, I can borrow a little money from EZ Money for 2 weeks, and be ok!

Review of Sioux City Iowa site Window clerks were friendly 1st time. Not friendly 2nd time. Better 3rd time. Helpfulness was minimal. Clerks seemed more interested in moving people through than being helpful. I believe the site would benefit from more than one clerk.
