Review of Sioux City Iowa site Window clerks were friendly 1st time. Not friendly 2nd time. Better 3rd time. Helpfulness was minimal. Clerks seemed more interested in moving people through than being helpful. I believe the site would benefit from more than one clerk.

excellent service Gary always helps me cash my checks they have a small fee but it's fair, and I don't have to wait for my bank to clear it; it's fast and instant and after 5 checks they give you one free with I think is pretty cool. After I cash my check I always play the lotto hey you never know if win :-) fast and convenient sevice.

I just talked to the young lady at the… I just talked to the young lady at the Grand location here in Des Moines and she was kind enough to allow an extension. Also she is very professional and has a lot of confidence in her ability to do her job. I have not been doing business with her very long but each time she is consistent with a good attitude and professionalism. Always Always, the clerks are professional, courteous, knowledgeable. For those of us who visit quite frequently the clerks are like brothers and sisters. They are professional and fast at what they do, and they are also cheerful and helping with any questions anyone would have. I love them all, each and every one that waits on me. They have been trained well and thank God for this service to help those of us who seem to always end up with financial situations.
