I was in a situation regarding the… I was in a situation regarding the foreclosure on my home. I called and was immediately given an appointment the following day. My issue was cleared and taken care of in the matter of less than 20 minutes. The representative that I spoke and met with was kind courteous, friendly, and very helpful to me explaining everything where I clearly understood. I would recommend this financial institution to all people that I know, even to those that I don't know.

Shoronda is the best atm teller in the world! We just drove thru Davisons drive thru. We had Shoronda as our teller. This is like the 5th experience that we have had over the past year. You could not pay that lady enough for the customer experience she always gives. Friendly, joyous contagious happiness. We love her and I hope she gets to at least get the verbal attaboy that she so richly deserves. Dort is incredibly blessed to have employees like her.

Poor Attitude @ Davison Branch I recently opened an account here. I needed to add my wife to the account and my personal banker at the Pierson Road location said to just go into anyone of the Dort Financial locations - no appointment needed. Well, that wasn't the case at the Davison Branch. My wife went in there today to add her and we were told that no bankers were available and we had to set an appointment. Ed, the representative booked the appointment 2 days out and acted smug and like we were bothering him. Also,, when we asked about online banking, he acted like we were bothering him again.. Even members sitting in the waiting areas even "raised their eye brows" Wow - Dort Financial - you're off to a bad start already. What a bad experience. Ed needs some "extra training" or a talking to by his supervisor. He has a POOR attitude. We felt very disappointed and we left.

Smart, friendly service every time. My daughter and get smart, prompt care from Micayla Slezak, at the Swartz Creek Branch. She always has an answer for us when we have a problem. Everyone there is courteous and cheerful, even in this dreadful time. We feel secure being able to count on Micayla and all the staff.

No one has contacted me to explore… No one has contacted me to explore options on a new home mortgage. I even spoke to a gentleman that had called to inform me that another loan through your bank hasn't been getting automatically paid through my other banking account, I expressed to him how this is the 3rd time my credit has taken on a bad hit due to your loan officers not following through what I had asked. Anyway, that gentleman was also supposed to give me an email about contact information for a mortgage person. Nothing has ever happened. More then likely will be paying off my loans with you, and going elsewhere due to customer service is so bad. I've been banking here for 10 years, and has gotten worse every year.
