Great decision to refinance with Weslend/Lennox! Everything went as originally discussed on our loan closing. Closing fees, points & expected mortgage payment all came in under the original estimate. Simply the BEST! I've worked with a number of lenders over the past 4 years and WesLend was by far and away the best. Very thorough process, helped us correct a few mistakes other lenders missed or more likely overlooked and ignored. Van Nguyen and Kiley Shank were excellent to work with. Explained the entire process in terms we could understand. They were also very patient, understanding and great communicators. We hit a few bumps in the road but they stuck by me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with the level of service, very refreshing experience.

Fast, simple & BEST rates to refi! We are very conscientious home owners - never missed a mortgage payment, even make it a priority to pay a little extra each month to help pay off sooner. We were still getting killed on interest. We were able to cut our interest rate in half, keep the monthly payments the same AND shave off 7 years!!! I’m so pleased with the entire process and happy to leave a FIVE star review! The online uploads made it easy to submit all the material and they even sent someone to our home to sign final papers. Very good customer service! Extremely helpful and responsive for questions via email or phone at any point in the process - it was great!

Started the refi process in August… Started the refi process in August 2020. It is now December 3, and still haven’t closed, despite jumping through hopes for these people. Apparently, I need to resubmit documents because somehow they have expired due to their snails pace. Too deep in for now, but I will be pulling the plug if I don’t close before Christmas.

Best mortgage experience ever. I have purchased 13 properties and this process was the best. Mike and Van were intelligent, knowledgeable and considerate throughout the long process of completing our re-fi. We needed a subordination from a big bank, and we have several income streams so it was over a month and a half from start to finish. Mike even made himself available on weekends and time off. Van spent hours getting me signed before I left on Vacation. What a couple of stars! Bravo
