Everything was a great experience It was a great experience, except I, was told I would have the funds within six months, and that did not happen. When people ask how; long will the process take to get your funds, please be honest and say it can take six months or longer. I appreciate that I have had someone call me every month and let me know my status with the IRS.

Hard at first, but they redeemed themselves. It took longer than expected to get our tax return checks, but a lot of that is waiting on the IRS red tape. Also, Stenson has a lot of clients, so they are not always great at getting back to you. I fell through the cracks several times with multiple reps. That is partially why the process took a very long time. However, Robert Mayes was the best rep to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner, and he did NOT stop following up with both me and the IRS until we received our checks. Robert is the man.

There was a bit of shuffling around in… There was a bit of shuffling around in terms of who I was working with during different phases of the process. That wasn't always clearly communicated. There were also some automated emails that did not correspond with the phase of the process I was currently working on. Other than that it has been a good experience to date.

Organized and trustworthy I have been receiving so many emails for various agencies re: ERTC and just seemed too scammy and spammy, so I ignored them all. Stenson Tamaddon was recommended by a colleague and I am glad he told me about them and what he said about their services is spot on. Quick. Easy. Painless!
