Awesome So, I went to Refily based on a commercial on Instagram. I wanted to see if it was legit. As it stands, it was and they led in the direction I needed to get the one on one help I needed to refinance.

Refily n Rkt mortgage experience I got referenced to rocket mortgage, who did credit check and inspite of having excellent credit but did not provide any documented Loan offer that i can go through before to go through under writing process. What i got is some numbers over phone n was asked to pay write under writing process. Extremely disappointed with whole experience

The model to refi with cash out was… The model to refi with cash out was nice. The broker who called me did bait and switch, higher rates and no cash out. Completely different than what your website model indicated.

Only one lender contacted me and… Only one lender contacted me and incessantly called and emailed. We had asked a few questions for clarification and the response was we will get back to you. While they did call back, they did not have answers to our questions and were very pushy

You advertise about how easy it is but… You advertise about how easy it is but I haven’t had anyone help me just yet. They call and get information but the follow through is non existent.
