The entire process was great except… The entire process was great except when I went to closing. I was not aware that I needed to down load the signing app. That took extra time and a discussion with their help desk. The rest of signing was great and she explained everything and gave me plenty of time for review and questions. Great process.

I had very simple directions given I had very simple directions given, to successfully make this a smooth and rapid process. There was no hassle and it made my life easier.

Rocket mortgage screwed the whole… Rocket mortgage screwed the whole process up. I was told 30 days, it’s now been almost 60. I gave them all my information and then closing time comes and they blame me for their screw up. Their initials numbers they quoted me was no where near their final numbers. Worst experience I have ever had.

Refily n Rkt mortgage experience I got referenced to rocket mortgage, who did credit check and inspite of having excellent credit but did not provide any documented Loan offer that i can go through before to go through under writing process. What i got is some numbers over phone n was asked to pay write under writing process. Extremely disappointed with whole experience
