I gave them all my information and then closing time comes and they blame me for their screw up. Their initials numbers they quoted me was no where near their final numbers. Worst experience I have ever had.

Good experience To whom it may concern I had a refinance with rocket mortgage everything was well done in good time..the helpful staff was incredibly helpful and I will recommend these guys to anyone.....

You advertise about how easy it is but… You advertise about how easy it is but I haven’t had anyone help me just yet. They call and get information but the follow through is non existent.
