Real-estate investing made easy. Real-estate investing made easy. Web portal is simple even with multiple accounts. The Investment Wizard gives you your time back by not having to plug in all the criteria you wish to filter through. A fantastic investment vehicle with decent returns.

A good investment option Groundfloor is a good investment option. It needs more options with its auto invest feature though. Right now if you choose type C and Type B investments to invest in, it puts both kinds into a pool and then randomly pics the number you can afford. There is no option to prioritize C's over B's for better return or to pick the higher return loans inside the C's. This would make it so people could maximize thier returns. That's what needs to change to get 5 stars. More options to the auto-invest feature.

I've been on Groundfloor now for almost… I've been on Groundfloor now for almost a year and I just love the platform in every way. The information is clear and concise, their help articles do a really good job explaining what an LRO investment is, and transferring funds was super easy. All this was enough to convince me to throw some money at it to test out. Sure enough... I've consistently earned 10-12% on my investments and I'm allocating more money to it every month. Get after it.

Steady income stream. I have invested in Groundfloor for a little over a year. In that time I averaged between 11-12% return on my investment. As yet I have not invested in a unit that has gone through foreclosure, but it will happen sooner or later, which is why Groundfloor strongly encourages you to invest smaller amounts into many loans. One thing to note is that a loan may go longer or shorter than the time stated in the loan. You still get the interest the whole time, so not a huge concern for me. If you have savings in a bank drawing pennies a year in interest, this should be something you look into as a part of your investment portfolio.

One of the best experiences that I… One of the best experiences that I expected for my retirement. I would definitely recommend this company to get your retirement started and to contribute to your future and years to come. Please go over and sign up and contribute to your retirement and your future because your fellow government won't do that with only social security only.
