Great interest The 4% interest is great! I've also had an easy time reaching someone who can help me if I have a question or an issue. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is that there is a fairly low limit on how much money you can withdraw at once. Update: By "withdrawing" I mean transfer to another bank account. The company did raise my limits but it could still be an issue if I need to make a large purchase (say, a down payment on a house). Maybe there is a work-around?

Excellent customer care! Being a new platform, I needed help navigating online,but once I was able to get assistance with great customer service it was fairly simple to link all accounts and make transfers. I got the unfortunate experience of… I got the unfortunate experience of Bank with Fair. The customer service was terrible and the fees were outrageous. I was charged a fee for every transaction I made, even though I had a checking account with them. The staff was unhelpful and unresponsive when I had questions or concerns.
