This company may be in trouble This company may be in trouble or not have the means to meet financial obligations. They have stopped sending out physical cards, they are not allowing credit increases, they have paused graduating to unsecured cards, their chat services are unavailable, and you cannot reach a person by phone. I haven't gotten my statement for last month and this month is half over. I have been waiting for a card for a year. All troubling signs. Nearly all the services and features they advertised are no longer working, not available, or paused. They will only reply with form emails. Disturbing, but more troubling if they are not going out of business, being bought by a bigger bank, because that would me they just stopped servicing accounts for no reason.

Sable Makes It Very Hard to Build/Rebuild Credit! Sable requires you use their online bank for payment, otherwise you have to go in person to CVS or the like to deposit cash in order to make a payment on the credit card. It will not link to an external account. They do not currently accept payment through Zelle, Venmo etc. as advertised. There is also no chip or touchless feature, making it difficult to use anywhere as it is declined multiple times before the register allows you to swipe (antiquated?).. They make it VERY difficult to be a responsible credit card user, making it extremely hard to fix or build credit. Additionally there is no customer service number. I can’t cancel because it will negatively affect my credit. So now I’m stuck with this card that I have put money into, that I can’t use.

They closed my account just yesterday… They closed my account just yesterday “due to recent activity”. They refuse to credit my money back from a dispute I filed back in January. I reported them and now THIS! PLUS, my boyfriend says his account was closed too. PLUS, my tax refund is supposed to go to this account, ha! These people are conniving!!

ab-sol-ute trash banking platform trash ..ab-sol-ute trash do you read me? when i say this digital bank platform has no idea how fed up people are with their ridiculous, asinine & outdated policy agreement ..if you ever receive your tax return & have it set to deposit into sable debit, remember since November 9th, 2022 their *weekly* transaction limit is $1,000 & oh yeah the kicker *no more* atm withdrawals but don’t worry you can certainly deposit every cent you have & rest assured they will keep it as long as possible & make it hard for you to actually get your funds in some way or another ..i am closing the account soon as i can clear *my* money out their trashy system ..open an account at your own risk -

Not very secure at all, trying to still get money back from unauthorized purchases. Joke !! Secured credit absolutely worst credit builder ever guided me poorly. I have been trying to close account that's another joke. HR should be fully responsible for hiring people that have no or little experience with money. I was guided and told wrong information, but that's my fault!! NO I didn't do the hiring.
