Should be ZERO stars absolutely the… Should be ZERO stars absolutely the worst bank ever! Lies upon lies tell you one thing they do the next. Not very secure at all, trying to still get money back from unauthorized purchases. Joke !! Secured credit absolutely worst credit builder ever guided me poorly. I have been trying to close account that's another joke. HR should be fully responsible for hiring people that have no or little experience with money. I was guided and told wrong information, but that's my fault!! NO I didn't do the hiring.

Delete Hello? Does anybody know how to actually cancel this Sable account? I’m literally trying to contact them regarding closing my account, I opened it thinking it was a good bank but now seeing hundreds of comments saying they are fraudulent and scammy I changed my mind…I feel like I’m stuck with this bank and don’t want to take a hit on my credit can anyone help?????

They closed my account just yesterday… They closed my account just yesterday “due to recent activity”. They refuse to credit my money back from a dispute I filed back in January. I reported them and now THIS! PLUS, my boyfriend says his account was closed too. PLUS, my tax refund is supposed to go to this account, ha! These people are conniving!!

Great experience in my case. The hate and bad reviews are far from my experience. I had the account for over 1,5y and never had issues with them, either with international or domestic wire transfers or using the debit card in several countries. App is basic but modern and always worked great and has the features I need. Pausing the cards is great for when you are not gonna use them for a while. Had to switch banks as I no longer live in the US, but will miss sable. Customer service were always fast and responsive both via email and phone.

People DO NOT TRUST People DO NOT TRUST. I had two unauthorized transactions that I was never ever able to dispute. The cards that they issue you will give you issues on almost every merchant because card does not bring chip. No customer services available. I regret to even had trusted this cpmpany.
