The worst scam sites don't even do that. I am very dissatisfied with their services. I think actually they are not doing so well financially. They take ages to respond and settled my issues as "solved" by only saying that their KDA wallet is under "maintenance" and no ETA. RIDICULOUS, they look like thiefs to me!

Despite sending them passport and utility bills for ID verification, they still haven't unblocked my account. My email communication is 22 threads. And support doesn't seem to bother to respond.
