Smooth refinancing process and lovely support team! (This is referencing the support team experience from inquiry to signing, not the rates or program at large) The application itself was thorough and self explanatory. Documents and statuses were easy to find and upload. I’ve financed loans with a few vendors and this was the first where I had a dedicated representative who supported my case with updates on my status, documents I needed, and nuances to be aware of. Stan, one of the Student Loan Advisors, was an absolute delight. He was active, attentive, and supportive and made the process so smooth with the underwriting team. They also were able to look at the rates of another loan I had and helped me refinance that one!

Quick & Easy I started with credible and ELFI offered the best terms for my situation. After selecting ,y offering, I was sent ot ELFI's dashboard to complete my application. My advisor, Stan, was very helpful. When I called, I wasn't on hold for a very long time and Jacob was very kind about a couple things I was tryign to understand. The tool was simple and easy to use. The underwriters were quick. I had 2 private student loans approved for refi within 36 hours! This is goign to being a lot of relieve to my stress on expenses.
