GBRefinancing Made Easy Refinancing, loans of any kind really stress me out, ELFI (and Credible) made this whole process really easy. First off, lowest rates I could easily find. Huge win right there. Website and application process is pretty straight forward. I did have some questions and when I called the service number, spoke with an American speaking person immediately which was fantastic, she got me all sorted out. Once the loan application process moved forward, I was assigned a loan advisor (Stan!!) who reached out and helped me through the remaining steps and with any questions I had. Very personalized experience! Big shout-out to Stan for helping me get this over the goal line!!!
