GBI am very pleased with Elevate… I am very pleased with Elevate representatives. I have spoken with two different individuals, Mia and Jamaul. Both were very pleasant and helpful. Mia helped with beginning the process and did not try any "high pressure" to make a decision immediately. She allowed me time to look over my budget and carefully consider all my options. Jamaul was assigned as my debt management coach. He was very helpful with answering questions that both I and my wife had. Took the time to make sure we understood all that happening and would be going on as the program progressed.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY SAID IT WOULD… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO SETTLE CREDIT CARDS BUT HAVE ONLY SETTLED ONE. IF POSSIBLE LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROGRAM. SAVE YOUR TIME I'M CONSIDERING CHANGING

GBTop Tier Service The representative, Tanya Washington, that I spoke to is like no other representative I have spoken to regarding my finances and debt free solutions. She made me feel comfortable, heard and that what I was doing was the right thing where other companies I have spoken to seem to be just about the numbers and making the transaction happen. Tanya cares and it shows! The breakdown of the whole process was superb! I knew what was happening and what to expect. For once, in a very long time I felt in control over my finances. I have been assigned a person who can answer all of my questions and who can help when problems arise . I appreciate the professional manner in which they have dealt with me.
