GBExcellent Advice Excellent Advice. 7/18/2023 I'm feeling much better now that I've been able to speak to my counselor about the program. I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel thanks to this program and my counselor at Shoreline Financial.

GBI am very pleased with Elevate… I am very pleased with Elevate representatives. I have spoken with two different individuals, Mia and Jamaul. Both were very pleasant and helpful. Mia helped with beginning the process and did not try any "high pressure" to make a decision immediately. She allowed me time to look over my budget and carefully consider all my options. Jamaul was assigned as my debt management coach. He was very helpful with answering questions that both I and my wife had. Took the time to make sure we understood all that happening and would be going on as the program progressed.

GBThank you Ross Ahkiong for getting me… Thank you Ross Ahkiong for getting me situated and helping me get through this. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I am new to this program but the customer service is by far phenomenal and they are true and honest to their word with helping you get back on your feet. They make it a smooth process and make sure you feel welcome and comfortorable. It is a lengthy process but worth it in the end.

GBHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY SAID IT WOULD… HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO SETTLE CREDIT CARDS BUT HAVE ONLY SETTLED ONE. IF POSSIBLE LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROGRAM. SAVE YOUR TIME I'M CONSIDERING CHANGING

GBI have been using elevate for little… I have been using elevate for little over a year and was somewhat satisfied with them till recently. Most of my cards have not gotten resolved and have emailed my coach for over 2 weeks and cant get him on the phone to tell me whats going on. Im think of moving to another company unless they start resolving my debts...
