GBfriendly and knowledgeable staff We have been with the program for 9 months, and have 3 of 6 accounts with a settlement in progress. The process is slow, but it is efficient, so patience is a key part of getting through it. The staff have been very courteous, and knowledgeable, and patient with me. There are other programs out there, but these folks actually show concern for our questions and leave nothing to doubt.
