She also was able to resolve my issue with ease, clearly communicated procedures/policies, and patiently gave instructions for managing future issues should they occur. From 2021 to now, any concerns or questions I have they are more than willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Excellent costumer service! I have never had a rude agent which during this day an age it’s rare. This company has shown me that they truly care about me & want my business. They make it easy and fast to get ahold of them & they truly value their costumers, & that is hard to find now days. Keep up that amazing work! They also have given me a restart that I never knew could happen, with out all the hard work that the continental credit team has done on behalf of me I wouldn’t have some of the things I have today! GBGreat service This is my first time using a company like this. I can say that every one that has been working on my case is and has been very helpful not to mention very personal. I do like that they have a number that you can call and actually speak with someone and it's not an answering service that takes you round and round before you get to actually speak with a person. Yes I would recommend continental credit to anyone in need of there services.

GBMy wife and I were going to close our… My wife and I were going to close our account because we were no longer getting updates on our credit but after speaking to Daniel our new account executive and being brought up to date on what Continental Credit was doing on our accounts and having our questions answered we decided not to close our accounts. Daniel is knowledgeable and polite and made sure we had his contact information so we could stay in regular contact with him. We appreciate all of his help.
