GBCancellation experience Credit services provided were fine. The only way to term Continental Credit services in the agreement that I signed was by US Mail which by itself is suspicious in this day and age. Continental Credit agrees that they received by written cancelation in January of 2023 but claims that during one of the calls they initiated to save the account I agreed to extend. Although they say the call was recorded they won't give it to me unless we go to Arbitration.

From 2021 to now, any concerns or questions I have they are more than willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Excellent costumer service! I have never had a rude agent which during this day an age it’s rare. This company has shown me that they truly care about me & want my business. They make it easy and fast to get ahold of them & they truly value their costumers, & that is hard to find now days. Keep up that amazing work!
