GBA new customer A new customer. I’m in customer service. People on the phone are friendly but on both occasions I needed resolution for an issue, I had to wait days for a return call. Most recently (today) I was notified I was 60 days late on payment with one of the creditors turned over to Navicore. I had to pay $298 to not effect my credit. Not good. In fact, very bad for me. Two months into being a new customer, I had to rescue myself from hurting my credit after consolidating with Navicore. Disappointed.

GBThe customer service is A+ The customer service is A+. I have 5 months left in my 5 year plan. The payments were promptly reflected in my credit statements. It's important to note that some creditors will report your accounts closed. However, I have watched my credit scores soar as the balances are reduced. Navicore negotiated drastic reductions in my interest rate that allowed me to pay over $60,000 in 5 years. Navicore has been a savior.

GBI already made my first payment to… I already made my first payment to Navicore but they haven't settled my credit card debts (only 1 bank with Chase) yet, I called an agent,she told me that it may take 3 weeks and depends if Chase agreed to the settlement. I hope this is not a scam! Chase actually recommended Navicore to me.

GBPrevious program user… I used to be in a program that helped with purchasing medication. I was completely insulted and made to feel insignificant upon applying for help as a result of now having Medicare. I was spoken to like a moron and people for Novicare were superior to me. I was told I could appeal the decision. Why? To be insulted again? No thank you . I am not a glutton for punishment.
